Terms of Use

Last updated: October 3, 2026 · Dizzipline is in beta

The short version

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Dizzipline at dizzipline.app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Dizzipline.

2. Who can use Dizzipline

You must be at least 13 years old. You must only connect a Canvas account that belongs to you, and you're responsible for keeping your Canvas access token private. Your use of Canvas is still governed by your school's rules and by Canvas's own terms.

3. A free beta

Dizzipline is currently free and in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. During the beta, some features, like the school leaderboard, may show sample data instead of real students.

4. Canvas is the source of truth

Dizzipline reads your coursework from Canvas and shows it in a different way. We work hard to keep due dates and details accurate, but mistakes or delays can happen. Always check due dates, instructions and submission confirmations in Canvas. Dizzipline isn't responsible for missed deadlines, late penalties or grades.

When you submit work through Dizzipline, it is sent to Canvas on your behalf. Check in Canvas that your submission arrived.

5. Dizzi AI and academic integrity

Dizzi is an AI assistant for planning, prioritizing and staying motivated. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. You're responsible for your own work and for following your school's and instructors' policies on AI use and academic integrity. Don't use Dizzipline to cheat, to submit work that isn't yours, or to break your school's rules.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. XP, levels and rankings

XP, levels, streaks, trophies and rankings are game features with no monetary value. They can't be exchanged for money or anything else, and we may adjust or reset them, for example to fix errors.

8. Your content

Work you submit through Dizzipline stays yours. You give us permission only to pass it to Canvas for you. We don't keep copies of your submissions.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Dizzipline at any time and delete your data from Profile → Delete my data. We may end or pause the service, or your access, at any time.

10. No warranty and limits on liability

Dizzipline is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Dizzipline and its team aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, grades or opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using Dizzipline after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions: support@dizzipline.app.
